New Community Chat Garden

We are excited to introduce the Community Chat Garden Project, set to open in Spring 2025. This new unique outdoor space is designed to support and bring together those in our community who may feel isolated or disconnected. The garden will provide a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can gather, share conversations, and experience the tranquility of nature.

With comfortable seating, accessible paths, and peaceful greenery, the garden aims to foster social interactions and combat loneliness, helping to create stronger community bonds. We are proud to announce that this project has been made possible with the support of Kent County Councillor Mike Baldock who has started an initiative in Swale to increase facilities of this nature around the Borough, Mike and KCC contributions have been instrumental in turning this vision into reality.
